AA Air Company is a small, family-owned and operated, factory authorized Carrier
Air conditioning Dealer located in Knoxville, Tennessee. Established in 1972,
AA Air Company had a strong customer base in Knox and the surrounding counties
installing Carrier air conditioners and servicing all makes and models.
Company Objective:
AA Air wanted to expand it's already strong customer base by incorporating
online marketing strategies to their offline strategies. Their original website
was created in-house at their company, but was incomplete and did not appear
in the search engine rankings, and therefore was not achieving their desired
goals.
Solution:
IWS re-designed their website, incorporating basic search engine optimization
strategies, in a clean, professional corporate presence. Interfacing sections
of their new website with Carrier directly provided much of the text copy
and the FAQ section. Adding a client login to edit their site in a GUI interface
allowed AA Air Company's owners to modify the text of their site as they needed.
Our staff continues to assist AA Air Company by providing hosting and making
occasional additions and layout updates, as requested.
