Please read below for what is included for that bargain price:

1. Based on all the information that you provide us, IWS will build your new logo choices. Remember: The more information the designer has to go on the better the chance of getting the perfect logo the first time. We will provide you with 3 concepts (design choices) to chose from in 3 working days. We will also allow you one free revision round for your chosen concept. If after you have used up your free revision you would like to make extra changes, we can do that too but there will be a small fee to pay which is currently only $15 (fee not applied to non-profit groups). In our experience it is unlikely that you will need more than one set of changes.
   
2. When you have made your choice from the concepts presented to you and selected the design to go forward with, we will prepare the logo in several file formats. The defaults are JPG, High Rez TIF (300dpi), PSD. EPS and GIF. These file formats should be all you need for professional printing purposes as well as for your web design and home/office work too. The JPG file format will also be supplied in 3 different sizes. Small, medium and normal. This makes it easier for you to print for different purposes, like letterhead or a button for a web site. In fact your new logo can be used for practically any off-line printing and promotional products. We also provide your logo in vector based eps format (Adobe Illustrator Version 10) which is used by most off-line print shops. This file format is charged for by most other design studios but with IWS you get it for FREE.

3. The completed logo pack is then zipped up into a zip file . If you do not have WinZip you can download a copy here (opens a new window) The zip file is then emailed to the email address that you give us. Sometimes the file size can be just over 1Mb in size...so it is best not to use free web based email accounts as these tend to have a limit of 1Mb for file attachments. Also make sure you have enough storage space available in your email account to accept files up to 2 Mb.
   
4. Just remember! You have one FREE revision round to perfect your chosen concept too. This allows us to fine tune the design so it fits your needs exactly. Most of all though your complete satisfaction is our aim!
